whole 30/14/21

Well hello there everyone... This post is about the whole30 challenge. Please don't take this as I am a professional by any means.. I am a mamma who can't fit in her clothes from last year, too broke to buy more.
 
  I did a whole30 challenge through my gym over thanksgiving, I lasted 6 weeks without any cheating. Dropped 9 lbs, went down to pant sizes.. ummm can I get a HELLSSS YEAH? 
.............. well that hells yeah last long enough for me to throw away all of my size 10 and size large clothing, buy new cute SMALLER clothes, rock that for a month.....then Christmas came & went and well...... I was back to square 1... I gorged myself that I had never seen food before, like I had been on a deserted island with nothing... not just one day, or one meal, i did that for ehh a month straight..

Since then I have gotten back on track here and there, said I was going to eat paleo, cheated, went back to my roots..
Darn those roots.

Here I am again... putting my foot down... I refuse to buy size 10 summer clothes. if you've seen me wearing pants around town in 90 degrees weather it's cause my shorts don't fit.. okay? give me some slack.. actually don't cut my any slack because it's my fault.

I have decided this time not to stop until I get to my goal size and keep it for a few months. Then slowly introduce things back in, have a cheat meal and hop right back on the fit train.

I am doing whole30 with fruit for 2 weeks... (don't judge okay... we will change the name to whole14)
then I will eat zero sugar, not even fruit for the next week whole21 we'll call it.
then the 4th week I will go back to my "whole 30" for a week which will be whole28...were almost to the 30 folks..
on my 5th week I will allow myself TWO cheat meals throughout the 7 day week period..
Starting week 6 I will do this cycle over again until I reach my goal size :)
   If you are wondering if I made this plan up, yes i did. I am hoping this works better for me.... :)

Here are a few yummy things I have eaten over the last 2 days. I have been pretty grumpy and ready for bed by 8pm otherwise I want to start eating the walls....


What will I NOT be eating?:
sugar (other than from fruit)
dairy
grains
wheat of any form
processed foods
legumes
